Every award supplied by ABA includes engraving; therefore, it is important to allow an adequate amount of time for your order to be produced and delivered. Ten (10) or more business days is the standard lead time for orders. However, we will work around your deadline to accommodate your order. All orders placed after 12:00PM Central Standard Time will be considered as being placed the following business day.
ABA will ship all orders via UPS or FedEx. Local order pick-up is also available for clients in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. All standard orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. All rush orders will be shipped in a manner that guarantees they are received by their in-hand date.
All orders allowing ten (10) or more business days for your order to be delivered are considered standard orders. Standard orders allow an adequate amount of time to be produced and delivered via our standard shipping service.
IMPORTANT: It is not necessary to have all your engraving information (i.e. the winner’s names) finalized when placing your order. Placing your order in advance ensures your items are in inventory and available ahead of your deadline.
- All orders placed after 12:00PM Central Standard Time will be considered as being placed the following business day.
- Artwork must be approved within the required timeframe to avoid any expedited shipping charges.
- Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
All orders allowing five (5) business days or less for your order to be delivered are considered rush orders. Rush orders do not provide an adequate amount of time for standard production. Immediate attention is required to ensure the delivery deadline is met.
